Hard Disk Bad Sector Problems and Solution


While running your computer, you may face a error messages suggesting your hard disk might contain bad sectors. The errors are typically called as “CRC” or “Cyclic Redundancy Error”. Some of your data files are missing, unreadable or corrupted and it takes forever or impossible to access certain files and folders. This may be a cause of bad sector problems.
There are many reason for  Hard disk bad sectors like, useless memory, misuse of your computer and hard disk, empty or free space on your hard disk, voltage up down etc.

To fix  hard disk bad sector problems follow under instruction for Windows:

1.Double-click on My Computer to open the My Computer window.

2.Select the disk that you want to diagnose and repair.

3.Choose Properties from the File menu.You should see the Properties window for the drive that you selected.

4.From this window choose the Tools tab.
5.Click the Check Now button under Error Checking Status.
6.Depending on your version of Windows, choose either “Thorough” or “Scan for and Attempt Recovery of Bad Sectors.”
7.Click on Start.
